With the updating of the FAQs published on its institutional website, yesterday the Ministry of Labor clarified that in this emergency period, characterized by restrictions aimed at containing contagions from COVID – 19 , failure to update the health and safety training on work does not preclude the performance of the work activity.
This in application of the provisions of art. 103 , paragraph 2 of the DL 18 / 2020, conv. L. 27/2020 , which is without prejudice to the validity of “all certificates, certificates, permits, concessions, authorizations and enablers, however denominated […] expiring between 31 January 2020 and the 31 July 2020 “, for a period of 90 days following the declaration of cessation of the state of emergency (currently scheduled for 31 July 2020).
