With message no. 1867 / 2020, published yesterday, the INPS provided clarifications regarding cumulation and totalization of insurance periods, referring to the settlement of the pension for workers in possession of agricultural contribution .
In particular, it should be remembered that the 'art. 1 paragraph 245 of the L. 228 / 2012 establishes that, for the purposes of the definition of pension benefits under the cumulation regime, the insurance forms concerned, each for the part of its competence, determine the pro quota treatment in relation to the respective periods of registration, according to the calculation rules provided for by each system and on the basis of the respective reference salaries.
Even before, art. 16 of the L. 233 / 90, intervening on the liquidation of the pension paid by the pension management of self-employed workers paid in the form of remuneration , with the accumulation of contributions paid into the AGO, establishes that the pension amount is paid on the basis of the sum of the shares calculated with reference to the contributions paid to the management.
