With the answer to question no. 115 published yesterday, 23 April, the Revenue Agency clarified that not is obligatory to send to the Health Card System the data relating to health expenses, for the purposes of pre-filling the tax returns, the artisan company that carries out the “orthopedic technician” activity, registered in the Craftsmen Register and in the “manufacturers database made-to-measure medical devices “of the Ministry of Health, but not in a specific professional register.
With the decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance of 22 November 2019 , in fact, the obligation to send data relating to health care costs has been extended , among others, to subjects “enrolled in the register of the health profession of orthopedic technician”, to run from the health costs incurred by natural persons starting from 1st January or 2019.
Therefore, the instant company, not being among the registered on the basis of the elements illustrated in the request for appeal and the documents presented, the Register of the health profession of orthopedic technician is not among the subjects required to communicate the data under examination.
