Tax credit advertising: “Cura Italia” expands the audience of beneficiaries

In 2020, open access to the tax credit also for those who plan investments advertising lower than those made in 2019 or for those who in the past year have not really done so. The benefit is also due to operators who started their business during 2020. These are some of the important clarifications provided by the Information and Publishing Department regarding the extraordinary rules introduced by the “Cura Italia” decree, as a further incentive to make investments in advertising campaigns in the daily and periodic press also online and on local, analog or digital television and radio stations
In particular, the article 98 Dl n. 18 / 2020 added the new paragraph 1 – ter to the article 57 – bis of Decree Law no. 50 / 2017, providing, only for the 2020, more constraints soft for access to the facility and moving forward the terms to book the tax credit.
