Monetization of the nominal value of the welfare and granting of holidays and permits in derogation to the limits set by art. 24 of the Legislative Decree 151 / 2015. These are in a nutshell the proposals of the National Council of the Order of Labor Consultants inserted in a letter addressed to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Roberto Gualtieri, and to the Minister of Labor, Nunzia Catalfo.
In particular, the first group of interventions concerns the introduction of a temporary fiscal discipline capable of increasing the purchasing power of workers. Among the proposals is that of the conversion of works, goods and services accrued as part of a corporate welfare plan into a monetization of the nominal value of the welfare within a maximum annual threshold of 1. 500 euro (which however remains exempt from taxation) or, alternatively, in food vouchers.
